With many staff members having been with us for 3-15 years, we take pride in the stability and experience we offer to children and families. Our low turnover rate means children form lasting relationships with their teachers, creating a secure foundation for learning and growth.

• Most staff hold degrees in child development (Bachelor's, Associate's, or Master's)
• All teachers receive continuing education in early childhood development
